ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Question: If I want to make changes to my CP Automatic 2500 or 3500 after the machine has been delivered such as increasing the amount of coffee taste or reducing the amount of product sweetness, can this be done?

Answer: Yes. Because the super automatic coffee machines are computerized, we can adjust almost everything that the machine does. We can increase the size of the cup (within the scope of that particular unit), the temperature of the water, and the amount of soluble product that goes into each cup for each drink. We can determine how many total drinks were served, and how many of each type of drink was created.

Question: If the machine goes down and has to be fixed at your shop, how long will I be without my machine?

Answer: No longer than one day. However, it is extremely rare that we can’t service the machine on premise and have it up and working within minutes.

Question: The super automatic coffee machines use powered milk. How does this compare with real milk?

Answer: First of all, powdered milk and “real“ milk are both milk. Taste-wise, there’s no difference. They taste exactly the same. The primary reasons we use our “Capuccino Creamer” is because it has a one-year shelf -life and the machines require no special cleaning chemicals. With our super automatic coffee Machines, all you do is push one button and all residue is flushed out and thrown down the drain at your sink.

Espresso Machines that use liquid milk require a great amount of maintenance and care. Plus, if the machines are not cleaned thoroughly every day, bacteria builds up. This causes disease.

People can become very ill from these bacteria growths. We don’t have to deal with this by using our milk product.

Questions: If I recommend someone who becomes a costumer, is there any benefit for me?

Answer: Yes. We pay you a referral fee. Call for more information.

Question: If I want to charge my employees, how do I do it?

Answers: We can install either a coin acceptor or dollar bill acceptor onto the Super Automatic Coffee Machines. With the coin-operated unit, you may charge anywhere from .05 to $99.95 a drink. With the dollar bill acceptor unit, you may change in increments of $1.00.

With the coin unit you may charge any price for any one drink or no charge for any one drink. For example, regular coffee could be free while hot chocolate might be .50 and all other choices could be $1.00. We even have tokens available if you want to charge customers but prefer employees not have to pay. You may issue them the special tokens while the employees are required to pay for the drinks.

Question: How much do I need to charge employees (or costumers) if I don’t want to absorb any of the costs for the Super Automatic Coffee Machine for its products?

Answer: If you charge each employee .30 ,you will cover all the cost of product, cup , stirrer , sugar and napkin. If you add an additional .30 per drink for a total of .60 per serving ,you should cover the cost of the lease each month. However, this depends on the number of employees you have and how many cups are purchased each day, on average.

To reach “breakeven” for all costs, your employees will need to purchase approximately 20 cups per day if you charge them the additional quarter for a total of .60 per cup. If you charge .90 per drink, they’ll need to buy 10 cups per day for you to have no costs. At $1.20 per cup, they’ll need to purchase 5 cups per day. At this level, you’ll have zero cost out of your company’s pocket. Obviously, if they purchase more than 5 cups per day, you’re generating a profit of .90 on every cup consumed thereafter. If you consider the price for all these beverages charged by the coffee houses, it is still a great bargain for them.

Question: Can I use any size cup?

Answer: For the CP Automatic 2500, 3500, you can use a 6,8,10,or12 ounce cup. For the CP Automatic Grinder 2500, 3500 or 4500 you can only use an 8 ounce cup.

Question: How many cups can I serve from the products in one canister?

Answer: This is very hard to estimate. Because every drink uses a different amount of product to create that specific beverage, the amount of soluble product in any one canister could make 25 drinks or 40 drinks. It also depends on the size of the cup you’re using. The larger the cup, the more products are used. The bottom line is: Open the door of the machine each day and top off all canisters. The most important thing to remember regarding the products: If a canister is empty, it won’t make the drink you want. It’s like a beautiful car with no gas. It looks great but you aren’t going anywhere.

Question: How many cups of coffee can I get from a full inside and outside canister on the CP Automatic Grinder 2500, 3500 and 4500?

Answer: One pound of coffee creates approximately 60 drinks. This changes if poor quality coffee beans are used because they are usually hollow inside and therefore have to use more beans to create the same amount of grams of ground coffee. Each of our Grinding Machines holds different amounts of beans you would have to do your own calculations. 1 pound=60 cups

Question: How many cups of coffee can I get from a CP Automatic 2500,3500?

Answer: Because the coffee is no longer whole beans but pulverized Bean instead, we can create hundreds of cups from one canister. The amounts of coffee used per drink vary so it’s not possible to be precise. For example, a regular coffee might use 3 seconds of coffee while a French vanilla mocha might use 4 seconds of coffee. Also, the size of the cup will determine how much coffee will be used.
